More Enameled Copper Earring with Clay Beads

These are 3 pair of earrings that I have added to my Handmade at Amazon Shop and here is the link to see what is for sale there: Creative Clay Cafe

I handmade the clay drop beads as well as torch-fired the enameled beads. The combination of the glaze colors and the enamel colors worker out! I can’t wait to make more of these mixed media earrings!

Finished Enameled Copper Earrings

Some finished pairs for fall.
The clay beads can be matched for a similar look to the enameled beads.

New Torched Enamel Earrings

Finished pairs of recently torched earrings. I am making more of the clay drop pieces and they will be included in future pairs, but the more simple earrings are the ones I would find myself wearing, so they end up getting top billing.
I will have to have the clay as part of the pairs that I will include on Handmade at Amazon… Yep, I was invited to be a part of that and I’m very excited. Not sure when it will go “live” but I’ve been preparing descriptions and wrote my artist profile this weekend.

Fun with Enamel Today

I will admit that I am now an enameling addict. I can combine enameled beads now with newly created “dipped drop” pieces that I made out of clay with a special glazing technique. I am liking the results! Even though I would not personally wear the turquoise pair seen here (too large for my own liking) I have learned that there is someone out there that would LOVE them. Now pinning to Pinterest and also onto my Facebook Page, so “like” the page, comment on the pieces or share the photo…

Have a great week!

New Enameled Pieces

I’ve been playing with my clay and creating “drop” pieces to use with my torched copper earring pieces. I love the turquoise glaze effects on the sphere drops and, of course, the red squares with the white heart drops.

I’ll make more of these this weekend and will list some soon on my Etsy shop, which is “on vacation” right now. So many ideas… so little time. 🙂
